FZD School of Design Private Limited is a dynamic and reputable entertainment design school in Singapore that is registered with Council of Private Education
(CPE registration number: 200905323N) from July 15th 2011 to July 14th 2015. Established in 2009, the school aims to be the industry institution in Asia providing world class education that
strives to meet and exceed the challenges and demands of the entertainment industry. The school is also committed to safeguard the welfare of our students so that they can
devote full attention to their studies. At the same time, they will be armed with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the entertainment industry.
As of September 2009, FZD School of Design has established an Escrow Account with DBS Bank Ltd and entered into the Master Escrow Agreement with CPE
(Escrow Account Name: FZD School of Design Private Limited STFA, Escrow Account Number: 003-910221-6).
All potential students will undergo a pre-course counseling with FZD course advisor prior to registration. It is our standard operating procedure to enter into a student contract with
the student prior to enrolment and this policy is communicated to the student through our various communication channels.

We inevitably support CPE’s transparency guidelines and policies with regards to fairness in all dealings with our students’ matters. As such, we have in place a
Student Services Policy that states our service quality philosophy, service guarantees, refund grievances policy and feedback mechanism.
In accordance with CPE’s guidelines, I declare the following:
1. Grievances Policy
A grievance is defined as any form of unhappiness, displeasure or dissatisfaction relating/arising from the course of study or any issues with the school’s conduct or operations that will have adverse impact and effects on the students or/and student concern.
General Guidelines:
- An aggrieved student must abide and follow the grievance procedure, and must represent himself/herself at all stages of the grievance procedure. Click here to view Grievance Procedure.
- Meetings at each stage of the procedure shall be made, wherever possible, during regular working hours. When circumstance(s) requires meetings outside regular hours, there must be a general consensus between both parties.
- Failure of the school to reply to the student’s grievance within the stipulated time specified, grants the student the authority and option to take the grievance to the next step.
If the student fails to appeal from one step to the next step within the stipulated time period, the grievance shall be considered settled on the basis of the school’s last decision and the grievance will not be subject to further appeal or consideration.
2. Third Party Mediation
In the event that the Student and the PEI are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance procedure referred to in Grievances Policy, the Student and the PEI
shall refer the dispute to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre for mediation prior to instituting
any legal action or proceedings. The Student and the PEI hereby agree to such procedures and to pay such fees as the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute
of Arbitrators (SIArb) may prescribe from time to time for the purpose of resolving their dispute.
3. Graduates from FZD School of Design will receive a certificate of attendance for maintaining a minimum attendance requirement or a certificate of completion upon passing the
assessment. Only one (1) certificate will be issued per student.
