Graham started by introducing the audience to Rune Entertainment by showing a quick company
portfolio. He then moves on to introduce the working environment and culture in Rune Entertainment.

The audience listens as Graham shares with everybody the future plans of the company.

He then further elaborated on the company’s profile and their recruitment drive. With an emphasis on
the importance of pre-production, he outlines the qualities he looks for when hiring concept designers to
help visualize projects.

Graham leaves a little calling card for all those present as he wraps up his portion of the talk and prepares
to introduce Feng.

Feng starts by taking a look at some statistics he compiled from the entertainment industry. Citing the
booming entertainment sector and the strong growth it has shown in recent years, he goes on to
elaborate on the various job opportunities available to entertainment designers today.

Feng then proceeds to talk about preparing a professional portfolio. He focuses on the various do’s and
don’ts when showing a potential client your work. He also shares with the audience his experience
when reviewing portfolios of potential employees.

As the talks came to a close, Graham and Feng were on hand to answer some questions the audience
had about the various topics they touched on.

After the Q and A, the crowd proceeded to the refreshment room, where they were able to take a look
at Feng’s professional portfolio up close.
